Submissions
Proof Street accepts pitches and op-ed submissions from readers,
practitioners, and outside contributors.
Story tips
If something is happening in privacy infrastructure that we should
be covering, such as a deployment, a partnership, a policy development, a
regulatory action, or a market move, write to us at
news@proofstreet.xyz.
Pitches from contributors
We accept pitches from outside writers and practitioners. Send to
news@proofstreet.xyz with:
- One paragraph on the story you want to write
- One paragraph on why you're the right person to write it
- Disclosure of any conflicts of interest with the subject of the
piece - Links to two prior pieces of writing, if you have them
We respond to pitches we want to develop, typically within a week.
We don't respond to every pitch.
Contributor work is published under the contributor's
byline and follows our Editorial Standards.
Op-eds and bylined opinion
We publish bylined opinion pieces from practitioners, researchers,
and policy commentators with direct expertise on the subject. Op-eds
are clearly labeled and represent the author's view, not Proof
Street's editorial position.
Op-ed submissions follow the pitch process above. Authors disclose
conflicts; we publish the disclosure with the piece.
What we don't publish
- Press releases or company announcements
- Marketing content disguised as analysis
- Pieces written or commissioned by the subject of the coverage
- Investment advice or token-price commentary
- Anonymous opinion pieces
